Returns Policy:

As part of our customer service commitment, In the black cookie co stands behind our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied we encourage you to contact us via email at Rosie@intheblackcookieco.com and we will work to resolve any issues.

 

Perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. 


Shipping: All cookies are made the day they are shipped. Order cut off times are 11am for same day shipping

  • Shipping Charge is based on Fedex 2 day shipping
  • Orders received after 11am will be shipped the next day. We ship Monday-Thursday and bake fresh each morning. Cookies will arrive within 2 -5 business days Depending on what mailing zone you are in to ensure freshness of baked goods. 
  • Cookies cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states of the US
  • We do not take responsibility for an incorrect address or recipient’s information. We will work hard to correct any error we find before shipping however, we cannot be responsible. 

 

 

 

PICK UP POLICY:
Live locally, you can pick up and save on shipping. Uncontrollable events (traffic, construction, weather, etc.) and other circumstances can affect the timing of your pick-up. We will work our best to be available for you as desired, but your pick-up is a estimate is not a guarantee.
